A ventosa is a traditional healing technique that uses glass cups and suction to draw out stagnation, promote circulation, and release what the body or spirit is holding.

A sobada is a traditional healing and energetic massage used to restore balance in the body, relieve pain, and support emotional and spiritual well being.
